The Caregiver and Home Health Aide Hiring Process

    1. After receiving your application, our hiring manager will call prospective caregivers and home health aides to discuss you and your application.
    2. If you already have a client that you want to bring to the agency, or if we have identified a client to pair you with, you can start the onboarding process right away. Much of the process can be done quickly and easily via electronic submission.
    3. Most team members can start work within several days of submitting their paperwork. They just need to meet home care agency regulations which include passing a criminal background check and have a successful negative tuberculosis test.
    4. If you are transferring agencies or your client is new to services (including family member), we can onboard you fully while we wait for the client’s authorization to start services. That way you can hit the ground running with no delay on being a caregiver.
